If I wear it daily, usually i dun wind or mayb fews round to get the kick.
If the watch left unworn for few days and movement stops, i wind abt 20x to start the engine then adjust to time.
    Is it ok?

Well, if an automatic rolex watch is left still/unworn for >40+ hrs & had stopped after it was fully wound before, then u'll def need to "restart" it by winding. For quartz models, no need to wind as they are powered by batteries, but recommended to change the batt ~3-5yrs

How about putting it in a watch winder box or something? Would that be any better at keeping the movements "greased"?
