I recalled having read one long thread about safes in this forum some time back. It was quite robustly discussed. You may want to search.

hercules safe. my friends bought from a shop over in ubi area. price is reasonable. is there any particular reason why you looking one with 80kg?
other considering factors include digital lock or those turn knob with key? what you want to put inside the safe?
if you stay in eastern part of singapore and near certis cisco, you may want to consider opening a safe with them. now got promotion. they are open close to 24 hours a day.
only major hassle is you need to go there and sign documents every time you want to put something in or take something out.

personally, using an ex-commercial (bank) chubb safe. not sure if its readily available in sg. if possible, look for preowned ex-bank's safe. they will last a lifetime.

I got a electronic keypad + manual key Bumil safe.
Thankfully, no major issues so far.
On the one time there was an issue, the afterservice was surprisingly efficient.

Bumil Safe
Anyone here using Bumil Safe?
Carrefour got promo Bumil Safe Model SD-101 combination selling at $179 including delivery. The door is detachable, just open the safe then lift up the door then can remove the door.
It is also fire-resistant, I believe it is around 38kg.
What do you think of it compared to Hercules Safe and Morries Safe?

will put this in some inconspicuous corner definitely not out in the open...
weightwise, i think if theives are here for the safe, whether 50kg or 200kg, it will still be gone..but i got no tourbilions nor blue diamond carats..so not much worries abt that...
anyway thks to all who had helped..really appreciate..
