Is this normal for a GMT ?

When i adjust the the min/hour hand there is a little slack where it would move/bounce and does not quite sit well on the min marker.

The way you put it makes it doesn‘t sound normal.

I not sure how else to put it, just that the min and hour hand is a little shaky when i am adjusting the min hand. Is any others experiencing the same or am I just a lil too particular...
