10% for sport and 15% for DJ are quite usual if you know the AD. Heard from few big time bros, can even get better discount for regular.

You can try walk in any AD and enquire
If its not on waiting list you might get 3-5% off

Just went to dickson to get my wife's 31mm lady DJ last sun. Milgauss ss, YM ss still have stock and on display. What they don't have is sub c ss, gmt II c ss, sub lv, exp2 black and white, dssd. All out of stock. However, I suspect their daytona ss still with them not on display.

I categorically asked about sub, gmt, exp ii, milgauss (greenie) and he said all out of stock... but he did not propose "other" sports models to me but immediately recommended datejust models and told me that datejust is where the value for this promotion comes in...

My AD also mentioned the popular sports model like gmt2c SS, sub SS, Daytona SS also out of stock. But they still have Explorer 2 SS at $10,580 (zero discount).

its not just sub and gmt2c, notice the comment by edsim is 'ALL' ss sports
that is including less popular sports model like milgauss and explorer 1
a bit unusual for ALL stores of the same AD to run out of ALL ss sports

It is common the SS Sub and GMT2C are out of stock, as usually each AD shop only gets around 2 pcs per shipment (what my AD told me).
