I went AD a few time. SS daytona, gmt , sub c price very firm. The only one that give discount are those TT model and gold model.

Just went today lunch time with my friend to local AD, as he just bought a DJ2. No price increase leh?!
Furthermore, he got quite good discount as I accompanied him there (AD I have bought from).

I think Europe may be better place to buy Rolex as they have higher VAT refund, because I am seeing quite a number of bros bring in watches from Europe.
Assuming if the AD gives you 5-10% discount, plus VAT refund, the saving can be quite substantial. Definitely better than Singapore.
