i was at THG Orchard Central today, the SA says that there is no price increase to the consumer, but Rolex has increase their cost meaning lesser discount. Dickson at Centrepoint also mention that the last increase was in July.

As an indication, explorer 1 $8260, 172847 $9250.
Are the prices before or after increment?

Can start saving money and wait for recession to bring the price down . Will it go down during recession? Anybody monitor this before?

Their price will also start to increase. Like our 2nd hand car market, price increase because new car price increase also.

Well when one day you stop admirering Rolex and admirer those mid to low range watches then maybe they will feel the pinch. Thats why for me I'm still a Seiko and Ball guy.

When will people say, enough is enough and stop buying. Sure they will be the super-rich, but at some point it will hit a ceiling for the majority of buyers, who will go more up-market or just not buy new.

Hmmm... Was at THG last Sat looking at an Lady DateJust for my wife, the sales did not mention about price increase. Asked the sales to reserve for me until tomorrow. If the price increment is true, then will need to buy tomorrow.
