Hi, any one know the new G series GMT 2 isn't have a small rectangle bar code engrave on the left side of the watch?

hi, any one know the GMT master 2 "G" series come with the small rectangle bar code on the left side of the watch, any diff with or without.

So far all of them i have seen come with the small rectangle barcode
Havent seen one without

Btw its not engraved on the watch, its printed on the sticker

Are you sure it is engraved and not a sticker that can be removed?

U r rite bro. That is I mention. Is a sticker. But how come I saw some of the owner post their picture which is I saw is engrave it n some don have. Cos I just bought it, is a sticker only.

Its printed not engraved
G series is 2010, the print might have faded over 2yr i suppose

It looks like it is engraved coz it is two-dimensional. IIRC it is called the data matrix barcode. Just like normal barcode, it stores data and is usually used by manufacturers/ditributors/retailers for inventory management purpose and is not significant to end users.

Initially, I thought that the Barcode is meant to proof that the watch is a genuine Rolex because my watch came with it as well :-)

QR code on rolex

Having a noob question. Does all the new rolex watches having QR code on the left side of the case? Because saw some of the watches having it and some doesnt. Any rolex expert able to share their experience? Thanks

Thanks. Because when i got my 116613lb having the QR code but my cousin went swiss to grab her sub ND ending up hers doesnt have it and was told the watch was a bnib? Possible is a new old stock?
