Rolex submariner diamond dial warranty card

Hi guys! Does anyone know that issit for every Rolex submariner 116613 with diamond dial, on the warranty card will stated something like "black with diamond"? Because for some submariner I saw come with diamond dial but the the warranty card only stated "oyster perpetual". Thanks for advice!

Yes..For some oversea warranty card..It will have the dial and the bracelet model.. but for spore warranty card only model and serial number now.
