Green Sub Bezel for $20.00???

Hi all bros,

I have a question. I'm looking around for a green sub, pre-owned. But while searching, i chanced upon a " Rolex Green bezel insert" for $20.00 on ebay... its kinda disturbing.. can a normal sub bezel be changed to green and be passed off as the higher priced sub?? I would still prefer to get a pre-owned as can save some $$..
