No such thing as Rolex=Uncle... I got my first rolex when I was 14... and I see many young film/TV stars also wear rolex... so I don't see why Rolex=Uncle...

So what do you guys think?

I think you improve your taste, as Rolex been there for ages and improve year by year with many competitors from other brands but Rolex still the King of Watch and Classic time piece and really Watchmaker. I have few collections from other brands ( panerai, Oris, Sinn, Tag H ) but without Rolex in my collections will be not full i guess.

in this forum have a lot of people in the range of 20-40 owning and buying rolex (with the exception of a few lucky ones below 20 )

i oso have the same thts as you initially. Maybe its because I see too many TT datejusts on ah-pek hands and also only hear my elders only talk abt rolex upon retiring.

you are one lucky chap to work in such an organisation.

    issit google or micrsoft?

i got a few colleagues who are really fanatical abt rollies esp the full-gold DJs. I'm pretty sure they are WIS cos the rollies they bought way back in the 70s have never been serviced and during meetings, they would always brag abt how lasting their rollies are.

surprisingly, they never hesitate to flip their sport models as compared to their DJs. guess perception has somethin to do with it.
