It was $12,010 few months back. I'm not sure if the ADs are selling at retail price or higher.

Not sure about this, but I reckon anything is possible. If the customer is one of their 'VVIPs', he/she might have gotten it at a slight discount. Anyway, the ADs are NOT ALLOWED to sell any ROLEX watch at premium price, after ROLEX sent them a letter of advice, recently. I heard (no personal experience) those 'VVIP-grade' customers were offered the sought-after ROLEX models either at retail price or with a discount, such as the stainless steel Daytonas. So I'm not surprised even if the "11200 Batman" is true.

Last week I was quoted $11.2k from GASSAN at T3 Changi. No stock though.

Is it common for these 2 scenarios to happen?

1) quoted 12k but no stock
2) quoted 13.2k with stock

I have been trying to find one but it seems that AD always no stock and tell me waiting list 1 year. . Zzzzz

i have heard that if you buy say 2 or 3 watches they will throw in the popular model as a bundle. Basically they do have stock but just it is just how they control it now to maximise sales

The ADs are now promoting 'group buy'?! Should the forum create/organize group buys for watches then? As in with the ADs, because there's interest-free flexi payments

Did some shopping at People 's Park Complex on Labour Day.... every alternate preowned shop has one or two Batman/ Hulk for sale... price varies from $11K++ to $12.8K.....can go check the shops out.... just sharing this info....

I believe local AD retail price is $12010. But the issue is whether they have stock.

Stock options are very varied for the Batman. Some shops have more than a couple while others have always no stock
