I was offered BNIB 178274, MOP for $7000. Is this price reasonable?
How about $6200 for a 179174 MOP M series.
Is there a difference in price between the MOP and plain with diamond markers?

Oh yes. The blue Sub (in white gold only) came out some time back. IIRC, shld costs around $40k+.
