  • Who first brought Rolex into Singapore market?

    Hi,

Im currently doing a school project and would like to know who was the first person (full name, if possible) to bring in Rolex watches and sell?

Is he the owner of "Tong Building" too?

    Thanks!

Wow! This is not easy to find out man. The only most reliable source will be from ROLEX itself but then again, how accurate can it be? Good to know. Do share your findings if can.

You can check the forum abbreviations by searching. Btw, "THG" refers to "The HOUR Glass". Maybe you'd like to visit one of these watch companies/retailers to do your research. There may also be one or two gurus here who may be able to introduce you to some reliable contacts.

                Cheers!

                  The Hour Glass....

Anyway maybe such things are only best if you go down to Rolex Service Centre and ask the pretty auntie there Look for the 1 with a whitegold with diamonds masterpiece datejust...and oh she has a 1.5ct ring on her finger with some other blings...
