  • THG in Malaysia KL

Long weekend, just back from KL.

There 2 new shopping centers in KL (KL Pavilion & The Gardens) and The Hour Glass has outlets there... at KL Pavilion, there also one more shop selling just Rolex and Tudor.

Check out the prices there and the list is a bit cheaper, mainly due to the strong dollar.

    Datejust 116234 with diamond markers
    Singapore - S$11101/-
    Malaysia - RM$24100/- (S$10343.34/- based on 2.33 xchange rate)

The are quite firmed and fixed the discount at 16%, cash or card also same discount.

Maybe for Datejust, its not much difference, as local AD did offer me 18% discount before... but for those models which local ADs don't give discount, can try buying in Malaysia...
Used to wear - Tag Heuer SEL Series
    Now Wearing - Seiko
Soon to buy - Rolex Datejust 116234
Future Buys - Pre-own Omega Speedy Pro for Daily Use

cos the oil-rich arabs love to go m'sia for holiday. it's got the best of both worlds: food is confirmed halal and muslim country.

stayed in the boutique and chatted with the sakesman for almost an hour. very knowlegable and service-orientated chaps i must say, can't say the same for some of the shops in spore though.

totally agree on the arabs going to m'sia for holiday, just like some s'poreans like to go to shanghai for holiday.

salesman like the one you met are few and rare to come by in today's world. Usually they prefer a quick sale and move on to next customer.
