    London Paris - where to buy watches?

    guys
    i have been to Harrods in London and prices of Panerai and all brands are fixed and no disc

    in PARIS and walking along Champs elysse, they dun even have panerai

    for u guys who bot watches in London and paris, pls share some tips where u buy em and is disc a practice? should i save my trouble and try my luck in heathrow airport before my return?

    was once in London..Somewhere in Bond street or New Bond street, cant remember exactly..has a small shop selling preowned watches...Saw quite a number of Vintage..
    Or Try Wempe boutique

    At the moment, weak poundsterling and high VAT makes it attractive to get this Rolex on duty free store.

    Germany is also not a bad place to get a Rolex. Ask for green form instead of global tax refund for higher refund (you get all 19% instead of 15% using global tax refund).

    check local price. check foreign tax. i doubt will be any cheaper, but if any savings are to be had, it will be in the form of currency and tax refunds.
