That's what I heard from hour glass as well. 10% for half gold and 15% for full gold. They even claimed that they will give a full refund if I can get anything more then this.....

i called THG last month about the DSSD. was given 10% discount on the phone so i guess that's the standard rate. not sure about other models.

nowadays very hard to get more than 15% unless you know the ad really well..?
