Since the Explorer 2 is launched recently,doubt that there would be any discounts,can expect to pay a ''premium''.

As what the other members have said,it depends on your relationship with the AD.
Maybe you want to try KHH or Watch Palace,they offer higher discounts as compared to other ADs like Hour Glass and Sincere.

Thanks oceanklassik for the info, I have been surfing the official rolex website, and found this model to be quite attractive and I do believe my wife will like it, DJ 26mm steel and white gold, 179174. if anyone can tell me on the price range for this model , greatly appreciate the info .

Just bought a lady DJ 179171 for my wife at a local AD and was told that 10% discount cap is applied across the board regardless of cash or credit and that there is no better offer elsewhere .... First time buyer so seeking advice whether this is a fact .... Anyway my wife adores the watch and it looks great on her ....
