I feel that there is no way too...
The only way for myself to minimise scratches is I will not put on the better condition watches to a drinking session.
I only put on one of my watches for drinking session, always that one, n when i look at it.... oh no....

I've got a SS GMT 2 C which I've had for around 2 years now and a 6 month old TT Daytona with a blue Arabic dial. These are all bought brand new and used frequently. Both these 2 watches have the PCL and the tiny scratches can be only be noticed if you really look hard and at certain angles of light. With the SS I find the best way to buy some cape cod polishing cloth and polish it when necessary. Only really deep scratches would need professional polishing. Minor scruff or superficial scatches can be easily polished out with cape cod .

Hi,
Another alternative is to wear your Rolex with a Nato strap. The nato straps ( leather or nylon ) comes in many colors and sizes.

Think there is no way you can protect your Rolex from scratches, it is unavoidable unless you keep it in your safe.

There is only one thing of men that needs to wear protection, and it is not even for show.

Another one asking this question. Think I need to write a guide for this, sigh...

You have gone where others normally wouldn't, and so i applaud you for that.
if you don't mind looking silly with the plastic protector on, then you surely can cellophane wrap your entirely bracelet and wear that without looking out of place as well. After all, if i could paraphrase your words, ease of mind really seems to be more important than looking stupid.

I think the clasp is easily scratched especially if its having the polished centre links (PCLs). If you wear it under a long sleeve shirt it may offer some protection from desk diving. Or maybe could put a piece of transparent tape over the shiny part of the clasp.
But ultimately shiny surfaces do attract scratches from usage. Wonder when they could invent the scratch proof bracelet and not just scratch proof bezel.

The GMT 2C comes with ceramic bezel which is almost scratchproof, so why wear with the plastic protector?
Only to make you look silly.
All stainless steel get scratches easily, esp the polished shine ones.
Get the watch polished if you cant stand scratches..
