Rolex 36mm Sports Models???

G'day to You all

Maybe You guys can help me with a burning question, has Rolex or Rolex Japan, ever made a smaller 36mm Sports watch like the Submariner or Gmt ????

Been told there was such a thing, but never seen one anywhere or is it just myth?

Yet to see any 36mm sub or gmt though ... but YM and Explorer 1 have 36mm.

the old cosmographs (62xx) are 37mm.

the mid-sized YM is 35mm.

whether gold or steel, plastic or sapphire, i wear all my rolex oyster dress watches as "sport" watches - the oyster case is identical to the 36mm steel explorer.

there is a 36mm "space dweller" explorer meant for the japan market.
