Omega Planet Ocean, Tag Heuer Carerra, Panerai Base or Rolex Submariner?

Hello everyone. I really need help. Thinking of getting a watch. Either an Omega Planet Ocean, Tag Heuer Carerra, Panerai Base or Rolex Submariner.

Which do u think is the best? and for the planet ocean. is the 42mm better than the 45.5mm? Its the same price.

but in terms of rank, here's my preference:

1. rolex sub
2. panerai base
3. omega planet ocean
4. tag heuer carerra
