i jsut sent my watch EXP 2 to change my crystal which is broken. The worst part is it is a new watch with the stickers intact. However the lady which serve me took out one of the stickers without my permission! I am so pissed off and i am thinking of complaining . Anyone can advise? I think she should ask me first right? now the watch is sent for repair what if it is being scratched during the process??

You dare? Without any shop or anywhere to find the technician if something goes wrong? They could easily replace your parts to sell.

Wow... just called JW again... this time asking them about normal Rolex watch servicing. Though their prices are cheaper, the lady told me it will take 5-6 months!!! OMG!!! Who would want to do without their precious watch for 5-6 months?? RSC just told me maximum 5 weeks only. That is just crazy!

I doubt they will. It's deemed 'modified' by their standards I think.
