Who really designed the SUB?

Who really is the actual designer of the SUB??? TUDOR or ROLEX?
I read somewhere that TUDOR did the design for ROLEX. Is this true?
Please enlighten me.

Huh? Where did you read that from?
Tudor is part of Rolex right from the start so it would be strange to even say someone worked in the Tudor branch designed the sub for Rolex?
