Local Dealer sold me one from HK AD

Just got one Stainless steel model yesterday for 9.8K cash net. Credit Card extra 2 %. Got it within 1 day actually. Enquire last Friday , available by Sat afternoon. I collect only yesterday. Guarantee card says it from HK AD.

How much is at list price? how to tell which year is it via the series? i understand half gold is only a thousand SGD diff from the normal SS GMT II
