    Go for the black. Got one green Sub before (Hulk) but sold off. The hulk looks great when indoor as the face looks darker like black. However, outdoor, looks very green and eventually, you may loose flavour. Hope Rolex come out with a black face. That, I will go for it. That's my view only. Thanks.

    Green is the signature colour for Rolex, which almost always appear in their 50th Anniversary models e.g. Sub16610LV(green bezel) & GMT-MasterII (green GMT hand/date/dial).

    Black is classic while Green is unique. If TS already has many black dial watches, he can consider a Green dial watch that would be difference from his collection.

    One point to note, example if TS wants to mount the Sub on RubberB, Black Sub is a safer choice.
