Don't think ADs will give discounts for the popular models, usually only for models like with gold. But I might be wrong, no harm trying!

Answer to that is yes and no. Depends on model. Sub still have.
You ask those that know the AD well will get more doscount.
    Walk in usually 5-10%.

After taking a look at the sub physically, find it a little small when worn on my wrist. I think it's also partly because I tend to wear big watches - 44mm and above.

Now I'm tempted towards the dssd. Nice size but looks super thick!
Anyone use it as a daily watch?
If u like big watches, another 44mm watch from Rolex is the YM2, but imho the DSSD looks & feels better
Do AD typically give discount? It depends on the models & how gd ur relationship with them

IMHO, DSSD is beautiful but not suited for daily wear especially if your working attire is a long sleeve shirt. Sub, GMT and Explorer are good choice for all working attires. If you have a deeper pocket, go for Daytona! All Rolex lovers yearn to own a Daytona someday :-)

I find the size of DSSD is ok, in fact just the right size for me. The DSSD is one of my daily watch. Have you tried the 45mm Planet Ocean? It's even thicker than DSSD!

If you want cheapest than it would be in SG Roc.
If you ask how does the watch feels, I would say awesome.
    Anything else?
