I would keep the black submariner. Rolex's can hold their value over time and do not depreciate so much. It is also great to be an owner of a classic and older Rolex model.

I would keep the Tudor sub. Been looking around for a decent one but its quite rare.

Keep the Sub with full set, its value appreciates better and also it's easier to sell off. Seems like there's already someone wanting your Tudor, so your dilemma will soon be over. Good luck!
