I find the GMT and Sub have classic evergreen versatile looks that I can see forever and won't get bored. You can change the bracelets to leather straps and they'll still look good. The IWC models are dress watches that I'll personally get bored easily, and not as versatile.

Both Rolex and IWC are good watches but they cater different segments of the market. Depends on individual preference. I prefer IWC than Rollie.
