    i use a daytona buckle, not a tang buckle. i've seen 18mm tang rolex buckles on ebay, but i'm not sure if they are real.

    AFAIK, gen rolex buckles are all 16mm and below if i'm not wrong.

    gen = genuine

    i bought one strap off ebay from them (US$10), then emailed him directly after that to buy a few customized straps.

    i'll post the account name if i can still find it.

    he's based in thailand, not the BEST workmanship but it's real croc skin, not calf leather.
    have u got a pic to see how the daytona buckle looks on a strap

    do pm me the guy from ebay if you get a chance

    IMO, the "best look" or most complimenting style for classic dress rolex watches are the vintage tapers in 20x16, 20x15, 20x14.

    i have a 20x18 modern CF on my 18038 and it still looks a little weird. also, i have never seen a 20mm rolex tang buckle.

    you can get custom (gen) gator straps from thailand cheaply.

    if you get a thick strap (not width) make sure the ends for the spring bars are not too thick or it will scrape against the watch.
    thats all for the reply and pics...

    Dear Taxico, Thank you for sharing the useful information above.

    Feilong,one thing I like about DD heads is it looks good on both the president bracelet or leather strap.
