I saw this post and try to notice if the hr and min hands 'shake' but mine doesnt. So is this normal?

I heard that when adjusting the date, the min/hr hands should not be between 8-2 hands? Any idea why?

Heard from the sale person that there is a mechanism to adjust the date, and this mechanism is engaged between 10 -2 o'clock (not 8-2). So best not to adjust date during this timing. Move the hour hand away from this period before adjusting the date.

i just adjusted my watch... 2nd time in 2 days... 1st time because no 29th this month... then this morning go work, realised that my watch had stopped..

dunno why.. maybe 1.5 day didnt wear?

personally i think quite worth it as i can use my cash to check out other watches... keke

btw my AD told me 179174 (mother of pearl) is $9925 True??? Is there really a price diff btw MOP and normal dial?

is the discount for brand new stainless steel solid colour and MOP lady DJ with diamonds supposedly same? I was quoted lower discount for MOP(which I intend to get).. in search of AD for the best deal.. this will be my first rollie...

Hi, first time posting, cos first time wanting to get a Rolex.

Saw 2 pre-owned ladies 79174 at Fortune Centre.

Pink dial - $4500.
MOP dial - $5500.

Are they worth the price? This is before bargain as have to check with my Mrs if she like them. Hope he does give some discount later.
