    Don't think possible. Maybe change bezel before.

      Very likely not as Rolex changed the 'Flat 4' to a 'Sharp 4' sometime back on all their Subs.

              only the Y and early F series MK1 and mk3 have flat 4 open 5 insert. v sseries have pointed 4, and a different shade of green. keep the flat 4 and buy a pointed 4 replacement, flat 4 are worth a lot more.

                Right on on the fact that Flat 4 is worth a lot more. Even with a MK II dial (Modani's classification), a Flat 4 commands another 5-7% more over a pointed/sharp 4 with the same MK.
