                        Hi everybody,

been a lurker for a long time. Learning from my bros and sis here. I finally took the plunge and got the green milgauss. Was undecided whether to get the Sub, GMT II or the Green Milgauss.

In the end, thx to Roger Fed `endorsement' and my sales guy push, I went for the Green Milgauss....and its my first Rolex Have been eyeing it since I first saw the TV commercial in last yr Wimbledon.

Thx for the warm welcome. Bought at list px, or at least that's what my sales said. Have been monitoring it since it was above $15k. Finally bought it below $10k.

I think the recession is bitting or Rolex has decided to make it more widely available thus the drop in price. Actually I have always wondered why should there be a premium to this model. While I admit I love the design and also Roger Fed (which stirs my heart when I see him `endorse' the GV), I still dun quite understand does it command such a high premium.

But I'm now a happy owner, a very happy owner.

Will post it once i find the time. In the middle of house spring cleaning.
