Black is more MAN, you can wear in T-shirt and jeans with it
White is more gentleman, you can wear in Tux with it
Both is nice, the best is buy BOTH!

If you look very carefully, most of Rolex sports watches are black dial, except daytona white and exp II white... White actually makes the watch looks a bit bigger. And the red letters stand out better on a white dial
