even though i like the daytona, the reason why i dont get it was because it doesnt hv the date function :-(

That's a bit far fetch though. Think cos the complexity with the movement etc. speculators didn't mention the date but the absence of date has also bugged a lot of Daytona lovers.

I recall someone ever brought this up and some pics were posted. Try to search for it.

I find the v series clasp is easier to use than the m series. M series is smaller. but as a whole... Pretty much similar.
For the v series, the inside is like a hook
For the m series, the inside has a punch and a
Hole.
Difficult to describe....

This is a repeated query in the forum. Many have asked; many have also responded. You only need to search to get the information. Anyway, one member ("nim") has used his signature to put up the said information. Happy searching.

If no need chapter ring then I think around 13k for a tt daytona depending on condition and whether complete set or not.
Enjoy your hunt.

Congrats! A Rolex timepiece is a well-deserved accomplishments for great achievements.
If I am not wrong, either late Z series or M series comes with Chapter Ring. I think a typical TT M-series Daytona should easily cost $15k or more, all depending on many factors, like complete set with papers, box etc and conditions. But I think it should around that figure.
