It Ranges above USD 40K as there are only 3 models. Yellow Gold, White Gold and Rose Gold.

There is not SS model. All are GOLD, hence prices is definitely not cheap for sure.

i personally very disappointed with Sky-Dweller's Bezel & the Month Indicator design. I hope ROLEX can make their sale miracle for this Sky-Dweller to the hardcore fan !

Blue Ray Dial YM is cool & nice but i reserve the Blue Dial for future TT Sub.

On the bright side, i wonder since the Blue Ray Dial YM is out, will the old Roliesium Dial M Series with Chapter Ring price drop further ?

Rolex is known to go slow.

But this time the slow did not yield good results.
When hulk and smurf first came out, many shot at the designs.
    Now they are quite popular.

I doubt the same will happen to sky dweller.
It is a break through for Rolex to have complications.
At that price a PP Nautilus is no brainier.

i think S/S DJ2 is created as a budget rolex on a big case. perhaps too many complaints on rolex pricing getting out of reach?

YM doesnt seems to have much diff in term look.
I think putting the annual calendar function in a dressy case may not be a bad idea. Take the IWC pilot range for example, time only (Mark XVI) and fliegerchronograph and Big Pilot looked like decent offering. When they put the perpetual module (perceived to be more high horology), then the 'sporty' image seemed to be diluted somewhat, no man's land territory.

The Rolex sports range has always been marketed as a 'tool watch'. I am not sure for what purpose does the annual calendar function serves when a diver is diving or when one is trying to conquer Everest. It may work on a GMT Master though .... hmmm
