Black ss Daytona

I really like the black Daytona and while browsing the garage section chanced upon a BNIB overseas with undated and name and the seller has offered to me at $15300, any advice should I get it as I consider this an big investment for me so far, currently owned a hulk and Pepsi GMT2.
