Actually used TTs are <10K or around there.

Really!! I always have a impression that TT Daytona is more than 10K so 9800 not a gooid bargain liao just normal used price.

btw - how often do you guys use the chronograph function? if dont use at all will it spoil? or is it good to leave it running all the time?

frenquency of using the chrono function depends on how often i have to wait at crowded shopping mall waiting to get in to park my car...
