IIRC the V series daytona list price should be higher due to the newer clasp, but since they sell at premium , dunno if they "absorb" the price increase or not .

The new clasp is the one seen in GMT II C , old clasp sorry dunno how to describe .

Just did a search, and guess mine is still the old clasp.
New clasp is shape like a hook, mine is just a cylindrical shape.

Frustrating sales tactic...the last time I heard on this forum Suntec outlet has stock at $14k...when I went...got a rude "No Stock"

The last time i was quoted black and white daytona both at 14.5k , but no stock , so i ask when the stock coming in ? SE say no idea .
Sick of this kind of attitude , sian.....

Standard tactic practised in almost all the big watch shops here...The SEs can offer you all sorts of fantastic discounts but 'no stock' so you cannot buy and are put on waiting list... can wait forever and still 'no stock', but once you agree to their price (or esp when you agree to pay at premium), there will be 'stock'...

some of the AD still have stock, oni things is tat you need to top up more. some need to top up like 1.5 k more which is siao... anyway, the stock from some AD is probably arriving in second week of Feb, you guys can check it out.
