I might have interpreted wrongly as having alphanumeric mean the serial starts with 'AN'. In case, alphanumeric could mean it could start with any random combination of alphabets and numbers.
Any thoughts on the green lume?
I would prefer a blue one since I find it more pleasing to my eyes as seen online.I find mine to be too striking at times. But, it's still a nice timepiece and I didnt regret getting it. In fact, I fell in love with it at first sight 2 years ago and manage to get it now.
Another thing is the serial number starts with the K... followed by number. I remembered reading that the current ones starts with AN series instead. AD told me that rolex distribute a mixture of AN series and alphabet series randomly to the ADs.
I don't think there is any authentication issue with the watch since I bought it from the reputable AD. Except for the above 2 issues which I find them contradicting with the rest. Any enlightenment on them?
Just bought my first rolex - exp2 216570 from one of the ADs.
Realised that the lume is green instead of the blue which I have seen online. I checked with the AD and I was told exp series was green all this while; only the sub is blue.
