For me if I were given a choice,I might take the exp1 over exp2 too.Looks more classy and also I am more of an uncle than a boy...lol.

Yup.. simple yet elegance from the exp 1. But i'm no uncle...

EXP II is crazily accurate.... my DSSD is doing -2 sec per day with usual wear pattern... but the EXP II is SPOT ON against my atomic GShock!

I've always liked how the Explorer 1 looks on the wrist. For me, it's a great wear in the office also for a slim understated watch
