Quite true . Orchard rental is estimated @$30 PSF . So a 2000 sqf showroom is roughly $60000 . Deposit 2 + 1 is $180K . But i doubt anyone will go suburb areas to buy Rolex or Frank Muller right ?

no more anchor oredi....they never makan....

no more anchor for a few years oredi...
