Yeap that's correct the indexes are made of white gold..the metal part that is.

I know e hour n second hand is made of white gold to prevent oxidization but not too sure on e hour indexes...I guess shd be white gold also

the 'ring' surrounding the indexes should also be white gold IIRC.

Was browsing through the garage when I saw someone mentioning that submariner's dial hour indexes are made of white gold.
I always tot that steel was used, specific model will be 16610.
