option 1 : post online n sell it, buy back a brand new Hulk ! ( 1 month old i don't think u going to loose tat much )
option 2 : take photo n send to RSC to blow away the dust. tell them to take good care your brand new watch, if i found any hairline scratch.. I going to kick your ass.
option 3 : suck thumb n move on ! Life go on.. Don't Blame Yourself, this show u really take good care your watches well.
maybe i'm childish. but this is wat i can think of.

Verdict: just leave it best.

I would get it fixed but as some mentioned, once the case is opened, watch is no longer "factory condition"
Movement would be handled, dismantled, reassembled
Seals might be broken and replaced
Scratches might be introduced
Etc etc
If you could live with the dust, try not to get it fixed
If u r particular, get it fixed but know what you would risk

The reason that steers me towards NOT having RSC perform any checks or maintenance (unless it's for for regular servicing intervals or if the watch really starts becoming problematic), is because i am absolutely paranoid about the loss of the vacuum within the case once it is opened up, esp in a brand new piece. Unless RSC re-vacuums the case before sealing it up again, this will surely attract more dust specks entering the case. Then again, who can prove that they actually re-vacuum the case?
After all the flak i hear about QC at RSC, i would have to think very hard before i decide to send the watch in. Is it really justified? Or will i risk more problems after it is "serviced"? For dust specks, i wouldn't. Watch may come back with scratches on the bracelet etc etc. If the problem is more to do with accuracy issues or obvious blemishes, then my threshold for tolerating these post-servicing problems is higher.

Same situation as you but with different brand. It bugged me for almost 2 week and in the end, I decided to go ahead to the service centre to remove the dust.
After removing the dust particle, new feeling phase in. That is the feeling of my watch is no longer brand new and someone has meddle with it.
It is like "you gain some but loose some" kind of feeling.

I was admiring it using my 10x loupe, bad idea.... I noticed two dust speck.
Very small, can only see in 12pm sunlight catching the light. Under normal lighting can't see.
So now, I am in dilemma, should I forget it and service it later... or should I bring it in now? I am so disappointed with Rolex.... this almost cost me $12000!! and I really don't expect a single dust... really must bring along my loupe next time I buy another one.
Is a mistake to look thru my loupe. Now i know it is there, and it is bugging me !!!

Hmm.. was at RSC before.. definitely not a clean room environment, so technically, will be very difficult for them to keep dust out of the watch?

No experience for dust in rolex. I did sent in a Ball for dust in dial. Takes less than 30 mins for them to pop open n blow away.
But I doubt RSC will be that fast.
