The glass can be removed from the front?
Sorry not too sure on this technical part

How can this be even allowed? Should Rolex HQ do a serious audit to local RSC?

Sad to hear cases of rolex center scratching customers' watches
Imagine you send your car for servicing and they scratch your paintwork

If under normal lighting you can't see it, i will just leave it. You can get it removed on the next servicing (if it is still there...).

Since you feel so uneasy with the dust, just send to RSC. But let me remind you, please show them the "evidence". Sometimes, such little things are really beyond seeing by naked eyes or even loupe. I remember my case of sending my IWC, but they were unable to see it. And unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a picture to show them as it's hard to focus. Lastly, be hopeful that no further damages if you send it the watch. Sometimes, it's better to leave it as it is as the opening and closing of watch case may give you more troubles. My IWC Portuguese Automatic shared similar problems, and I had a hard time dealing with the guys from Richmont. Until I myself gave up. That's my 2 cents worth of comments.

No kidding man. U can't see the 'scratches' under normal circumstances but under sunlight u can sure see it. I will eventually just change the whole crystal. I sure learned something new.

Option 1 will mean transfering the problem to another victim
Option 3 will mean to suffer in silence
Option 2 would be to hold manufacturer responsible for its fault
    I opt for 2

option 3 : suck thumb n move on ! Life go on.. Don't Blame Yourself, this show u really take good care your watches well.
