i wanted the coke too...but got a pepsi instead....coke was outta stock and i was trying to get it before the gst hike...so its like 4 years back before they discontinued the old version of gmt II...

Thx for the info. I was approached by the vendors and they keep on saying A grade but as I mentioned, very fake! Never bother ask for the price since I have no interest.

Will buy one on my next trip to Shanghai and see how bad is it....hehe.

They don't usually stock the really good ones with them. Only when you are interested and agreeable with the price will they get the item from their runners.

The good grade ones are quite expensive though. Most likely will kena chop...

For fake watch, you can feel the weight and movement , surely can tell is fake... If the looks of the watch alone is gd then shd be consider a good fake... Shenzhen got alots of very good fake... Cost over hundred for those AA grade.

1)The fonts "Oyster Perpetual Date" is a tell sign...
2)The silver linings on the markers...
3)The size of the dates.. Was told by a friend that rep can only magnify up to 1.5x in most cases while the real is 2x.. the cyclops looks crooked too

Hi, i no old bird. But one of the diff that i can see, is the shade of the bezel. The gen one has certain reflections that is aesthetical while the bezel of the fake one looks very faded. Just my 2cents view.
