Is there anything diff with the watch between the others n the alphanumeric ?
Just bought mine in July and it's a G series.
The AD knows nuts about the alphanumeric too,was enquiring with them n they keep saying this piece is a new stock.

whats the diff between a G series n Alphanumeric ? still dont get it reading through afew, is it just the serial num ?
G series is old ? anyone care to share ?

Will you go for V-series or Alpha Numeric for the GMT Master? For the V-series, the long hand is green in colour, was told meant for 50 anniversary. Both are used.

I get what you mean. My idea was getting a GMT II in different dial from my 116610LN, that is why i was thinking of getting a green face. But you are right, the full gold was really nice with the green dial.

u can go to www.rolex.com and take a look. FYI, GMT master II only come with black bezel,black dial. model no: 116710 LN.dun get confuse with other model

Local AD price went up few months ago... it was 9975 after 5% (RRP: 10,500) about 3 months ago when I check with my AD.. now RRP~ 11*** when I asked last weekend. So up by 5+%

another good choice will be "Rubber B" using back original buckle. saw someone putting it with a grey colour. compliment well with 2 tone.
