I've just bought a YM yesterday. Glad to join the forum. Any advise to a 1st time Rolex owner? It's going to replace my daily used watch, not a kept treasured time piece. Very much thanks in advance.

Wear your watch in good health. I think it is a beautiful piece. May need to baby it a little though as it is a lot more polished vs the Sub so the scratches would show easier. Love the dial on my Sunray Blue YM!

Quite sure tt it will be the last one for me as a daily watch since Rolex "lasts". Lol. But, I'm also quite sure tt I will be getting it for my boys when they are older.

We'll see about that, bro. Many of us, me included, thought that way in the beginning...one good watch all the way. Let's say life doesn't always turn out the way we want it too...in this case, its not a bad thing. Can buy watch probably implies you are better off financially. Cheers mate.

Found it in thg, thh, wp.. seem wp gave the best discount. Will a classic date just be a better bet then the tt yatchmaster blue mid size..?

Personally I would reckon that the clsssic date will be a better bet.
