  • Explorer 1 or Milgauss GV

Been fascinated with Rolex Milgauss GV but recently the Explorer 1 caught my attention. Contemplating to get either one in the near future but still lost on which to decide on.

For other years, I may choose Explorer 1, however, this year I will choose Milgauss GV

You should if you have not. From experiences, looking at photos or on somebody's wrist wont convince you

Explorer I has a very clean and formal look. Between the two, I prefer the Explorer I. Cheaper too.

I've tried both the milgauss and 36mm explorer but not the 39mm yet. Can't make up my mind.

I prefer the milgauss gv. Depending whether u like clean simple dial ot something slightly more unique the thunderbolt hand and green glass.

Between the 2... I feel the milgauss will stay with me longer because it is more interesting

                EXP 1 or milgauss

I hv both, they are diferent. Exp 1 39mm is light, clean, understated and cheaper to buy. Milgauss is thicker and heavier with a nice balance, costs more and is very useful if u fly often, protected fr magnetic fields at airport check ins. Its a close contest!

I have the 39mm Explorer. Love the size and weight and classic clean cut look. Put on a Milgauss and I felt the weight and it is relatively more chunky. You need to put on the watches to make a good decision.

Better to try them on yourself. I will choose GV for its uniqueness and size.
Just another small small small small watch user ....

One thing that I really like about the milgauss GV is the green glass and the weight of the watch.

What is the differences between green and non green glass? Just the color diff or something else?

Milgauss is really an acquired taste.

For 1st rolex or one-and-only rolex, go for exp1.

If you not planning to stop at one, it doesn't matter as you may end up owning both! lol
