get from a reputable watch dealer who is also a paid advertiser here in sg-roc.

Both very different options - one with no complication at all and another with a larger-sized case and GMT hand complication. What's the deciding factor?

Risk? What kinda' risk are you referring to? As long as these dealers/PIs are reputable and have been in this trade for sometime, you should not worry too much. There's always the ROLEX Service Centre (RSC) in S'pore that you can get your watch verified. There is a current thread that was created not long ago discussing the downtime for RSC certification. It varies between a few hours to a day long, depending heavily on the day's service queue and staff count.Originally posted by haroldism View PostHi all, I am deciding between a Sub ND and a Explorer 2.
A few quick ques here, would there be any risk if were to get a watch from the grey dealer or PI? or would the risk higher of getting a fake/stolen good if there is no certification, box, etc.
What would be the downtime if were to get the watch to be certified at RSC?
Btw, would be going to a few AD this friday to recce first.
Need some advice here.
Thanks in advance!
Just to share that several days ago (on a week day), I accompanied a friend to verify a ROLEX watch at the RSC at about 12pm. He managed to collect it at 6.30pm on the same day.
