    yes, they keep records for all watches but not configuration for really old/vintage watches. only the newer watches will have complete config of watch as they left the factory (eg, dial and bracelet type).

    they however, will not have complete records for service replacement parts (eg, replace entire case and ESPECIALLY replaced/unusual dials).

    by verifying with geneva, RSC will know for sure by serial what model the watch should be, but not how it may look like now.
