  • Rolex 6694 manual winding

I saw shops in PP and Tekka mall, they have Mother of Pearl dial for the 6694 costing $300.00 to replace and oiling. The dial are so called re-condition, I do not know what they mean by re-con: alteration, modification of the dial?

Is it wise to have it replace with MOP dial? it look very nice and stylish though.

Just itching to replace. They will return the original back to me for keep.

    Any suggestion?
    cheers

        M.O.P dial for $300.. Hmmm..
But must be prepared to have your baby serviced outside cause i don't think RSC will accept your watch for future servicing.

Reconditioned and wadeva term they use....means only 1 thing. Aftermarket...

Ok guys...here's the tip. If it says ANY OTHER word other than original...it's aftermarket

Thank you guys for the feed back, I know once you fix after market into your Rollie, RCS will not accept your watch for servicing. Just like my wife Rolex Orchid she change to a aftermarket bracelet 18k gold, when sent for repair, RSC took only the mechanism and return the casing/bracelet to my wife, when ready they will put it together.

                Cheers
